It’s Friday, I’m in love

...

It’s the weekend at last and the Mister is finally coming home from California!  I’m super excited to see him, and we plan to enjoy the nice weather and have brunch with friends.

One of the biggest draws of Buenos Aires was the amazing street art scene.  I noticed a lot of it on my own, but was also lucky enough to go on a street art walking tour with a fantastic American ex-pat guide.  Here are few of my favorites.  Hope you have a great weekend!

    • Such an inspiring city. I think artists all around South America are doing really interesting things, and the culture seems very accepting.

  1. the street art is quite expressive. I am a fan except for when it starts to make the city look dumpy. Cheers to your Mr. coming back and loving FRIDAY night!

    • I know what you mean, and I agree. Buenos Aires was unique in that I don’t think street art is illegal, so the artists can work in broad daylight, are often welcomed. I stayed in a hostel that was fully decorated by street artists. The work you encounter is more elaborate than in lots of other cities, like a mural, but still ephemeral like traditional graffiti.
